About the role

Espoir Psychiatric Center in Doha is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Psychiatrist to join its multidisciplinary team. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive psychiatric care to individuals seeking mental‑health support.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide range of mental‑health conditions.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, including psychotherapy and medication management.
• Collaborate closely with psychologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to case discussions and treatment planning.

Required profile

• Medical degree with specialization in Psychiatry and board certification.
• Proven experience delivering psychiatric and mental‑health services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
