About the role
The National Graduate Development Program (NGDP) at QatarEnergy LNG offers fresh Qatari graduates a structured pathway to become qualified professionals in business and finance. Participants will follow an Individual Development Plan with phased progress reviews to meet competence level requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Engage in the NGDP curriculum and complete phased progress reviews.
- Develop competencies aligned with core and generic Competence Level Requirements.
- Contribute to Qatarization targets by applying learned skills in business and finance contexts.
Required profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or Management.
- Fluent verbal and written English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
