Quantity Surveyor - Fit-Out

About the role

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Quantity Surveyor covering fit-out interiors, joinery, FF&E and finishes. Only candidates with relevant fit-out experience will be shortlisted.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, analyze project specifications, carry out quantity take-offs and prepare budgets for fit-out projects
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and contractors to ensure efficient resource allocation and project delivery
• Maintain cost control and compile reports or tenders on pricing

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in fit-out or interior projects (Qatar or GCC preferred)
• Previous fit-out project estimation or quantity surveying experience is an advantage
• Strong understanding of finishes, joinery, kitchens, wardrobes and FF&E
