Real Estate Advisory Manager

About the role

KPMG is seeking a Manager to lead day‑to‑day project work and help grow its Infrastructure, Real Estate, Hospitality and Tourism Advisory practice in Qatar. The role offers exposure to a broad portfolio of assignments, from feasibility studies to asset valuations and tourism development.

Key responsibilities

• Support business development activities, including proposal and business case preparation.
• Develop robust financial analysis models, reports, information memorandums and pitch materials.
• Lead hospitality‑specific workstreams such as hotel feasibility, operator search, HMA benchmarking and tourism demand assessments.
• Build and review operating models covering occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, USALI‑aligned expenses and GOP/EBITDA projections.
• Assist the leadership team with project budgeting, cash‑flow management and recovery of ongoing projects.
• Develop networks with clients, hotel operators, tourism authorities and third‑party service providers.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster effective team collaboration.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of advisory or consulting experience in a Big 4 or equivalent global/regional firm.
• Postgraduate degree in Management/MBA or a graduate qualification with specialisations such as CFA or CAIA.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis and modelling for real‑estate and hospitality projects.
• Proactive, learning‑oriented attitude with excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
