Recruitment Specialist - Qatarization

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to lead the attraction, assessment, and hiring of high‑potential Qatari talent. The role is pivotal in building talent pipelines, managing recruitment campaigns, and partnering with business leaders to meet workforce needs while supporting Qatarization objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, career centers, and professional networks.
• Build and manage talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate and participate in career fairs, networking events, and employer branding activities.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews and candidate assessments.
• Track recruitment metrics, produce regular reports, and provide insights to management.
• Maintain recruitment records and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Stay informed of labor market trends and emerging talent acquisition practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in recruitment technologies.
