Recruitment Supervisor

About the role

ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is looking for an experienced Recruitment Supervisor to lead its talent acquisition function in Doha. You will partner with department heads to design and execute hiring strategies that support the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the recruitment team through full‑cycle hiring processes.
• Develop and implement multi‑channel sourcing strategies, including job portals, social media, referrals and partnerships.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire and conversion rates, driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with operations and HR stakeholders to understand workforce demand and align hiring plans.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Conduct interviews for key positions and support the team in screening and selection.
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports, dashboards and forecasts for management.
• Guarantee compliance with company policies, local labor laws and internal recruitment standards.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to attract high‑quality talent.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment and onboarding experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and employment‑law compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proven ability to handle a requisition load of 20+ open positions simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Fluent Arabic (mandatory).
