About the role
Leaders Training Centre is seeking a Remote HSE Trainer to deliver health, safety and environment training through online platforms. The role involves creating engaging virtual lessons, assessing learner progress and ensuring training meets industry standards.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver HSE training sessions via virtual classrooms.
- Prepare training materials, presentations and assessments tailored for online delivery.
- Facilitate learner interaction and maintain high engagement throughout sessions.
- Evaluate participant performance and provide feedback.
- Stay updated on HSE regulations and incorporate changes into training content.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience delivering HSE training.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental principles.
- Excellent virtual presentation and communication abilities.
- Proven ability to develop online training resources.
- Current residence in Qatar.
