Reservations Agent

About the role

As a Reservations Agent you will be the first point of contact for guests looking to book rooms, handling inquiries across phone, email and online platforms. You will ensure a smooth, accurate and friendly reservation experience while promoting the hotel’s offers and maintaining high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests in making room reservations via phone, email and online channels.
• Provide information on room availability, rates and hotel amenities.
• Process guest reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns related to bookings and accommodation.
• Verify guest information and payment details to confirm reservations.
• Offer recommendations based on guest preferences and promote special offers, packages and discounts.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel policies, procedures and room types.
• Collaborate with the reservations team to manage room inventory.
• Assist with group reservations as needed.
• Uphold a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve reservation skills.
• Operate in a safe, environmentally friendly manner and follow EHS procedures.
