Retail Associate – Experiential Performance Center

About the role

WHOOP is looking for a Retail Associate to support daily operations at its Qatar experiential performance centre, research lab and store in Msheireb. You will deliver a premium, data‑driven experience to members, drive sales and uphold the WHOOP brand across extended hours.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day retail operations, ensuring high standards of service, organization and execution.
• Educate members on WHOOP products, memberships and insights, tailoring interactions to individual performance goals.
• Drive revenue by selling memberships, accessories, apparel and the WHOOP Your Way experience, meeting sales targets.
• Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining premium presentation and member engagement.
• Assist with visual merchandising, inventory management, restocking and store cleanliness.
• Support in‑store activations and experiential programming.
• Collaborate with the Retail Lead and team to align with brand, marketing and operational strategies.
• Maintain accurate transactions, reporting, compliance and store procedures.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of retail experience, preferably in premium, luxury or experiential environments.
• Strong passion for health, fitness, performance and technology.
• Proven ability to deliver elevated customer service and build meaningful relationships.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, high‑traffic, extended‑hours environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team‑oriented mindset.
• Basic operational understanding of POS systems, inventory handling and sales tracking.
• Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
• Commitment to using AI tools responsibly in daily tasks.
