About the role
Al Mahra Opticals is seeking an experienced Manager to lead its optical retail store in Doha. The role involves overseeing staff, daily shop operations, delivering excellent customer service, and meeting operational targets.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee store staff and ensure effective performance.
- Manage daily shop operations, including inventory and merchandising.
- Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the store.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching as needed.
- Achieve and track operational and sales targets.
Required profile
- Graduate qualification mandatory; Master’s degree is an advantage.
- 10–15 years of relevant work experience, with mandatory GCC experience.
- Optical industry experience preferred.
- Valid Qatar QID and Qatar driving licence.
- Strong communication and staff management abilities.
- Arabic speaking ability is an advantage; Indian nationality preferred.
