Sales Executive – B2B Specialty Coffee & HORECA

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to accelerate the growth of our B2B specialty coffee and HORECA portfolio in Qatar. The role focuses on new‑business acquisition, building relationships with coffee shops, hotels, restaurants, roasteries, offices and other hospitality customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a market‑penetration plan for the Qatar B2B coffee segment.
• Identify, approach and qualify prospects across specialty coffee shops, café chains, hotels, restaurants, roasteries, corporate offices and other HORECA outlets.
• Conduct field visits, coffee tastings, cuppings and commercial presentations with the technical coffee team.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved guidelines, and close supply agreements.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts, seeking opportunities to increase volume, introduce new SKUs or expand to additional locations.

Required profile

• Highly active and commercially driven with a proven ability to open doors and build relationships from scratch.
• Strong pipeline management skills, from prospecting through negotiation to closing.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, comfortable meeting decision‑makers face‑to‑face.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of specialty coffee – origins, processing methods, roast profiles, blends, espresso and brewing techniques.
• Ability to conduct coffee tastings, cuppings and product presentations.
• Experience in preparing commercial proposals and negotiating supply agreements.
