Sales Executive – Hotel Revenue & Market Growth

About the role

Join Radisson Hotel Group in Doha as a Sales Executive, driving direct sales to maximise hotel revenue and market presence. You will build and nurture relationships with corporate, government and key business accounts while delivering exceptional 5‑star service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of corporate, leisure, group, meetings and events accounts.
• Achieve and exceed individual and departmental sales targets through proactive sales calls, client visits and presentations.
• Identify new business opportunities across key market segments and execute sales strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
• Maximise upselling and cross‑selling of rooms, F&B, meetings and events.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and provide relevant feedback to the hotel.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a 5‑star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Knowledge of corporate, leisure, group and MICE markets.
