Sales Executive - Marine

About the role

We are looking for a driven and customer‑focused Sales Executive – Marine to join our Marine team in Doha, Qatar. The role is responsible for driving sales growth of marine engines by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with boat builders, fishermen, retail customers, and key accounts, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales revenue, volume, and gross margin targets for marine engines in Qatar.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across boat builders, fishermen, retail customers, and key accounts.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business, retention, and customer satisfaction.
• Support market‑share growth by expanding the active customer and dealer network.
• Promote marine products through customer visits, product presentations, exhibitions, events, and marketing activities.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, maintain pipeline visibility, and submit timely sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams—including logistics, service, spare parts, finance, and marketing—to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and effective after‑sales support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of progressive sales experience, preferably within the marine, automotive, or technical equipment sector.
• Good understanding of marine engines, boating industry dynamics, and B2B/B2C sales processes.
• Knowledge of the Qatar marine market and customer segments such as boat builders, fishermen, and retail customers is preferred.
