Sales Manager - Corporate

About the role

The Ned Doha is a luxury hotel and private members club seeking a dynamic Sales Manager – Corporate Clients. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate customers, driving revenue, and delivering the high‑standard experience expected by our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients and key business partners.
• Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities within the corporate market.
• Drive sales strategies to meet revenue targets and support overall business growth.
• Conduct client meetings, sales calls, presentations, networking events and site visits.
• Manage key accounts, ensuring long‑term partnership and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, Events and Operations teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and account plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in luxury hospitality or a comparable environment.
• Strong knowledge of the corporate market, preferably within Qatar.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑driven mindset with a passion for creating opportunities.
• Organised, able to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
