Sales Manager – Group Accounts

About the role

The Sales Manager (Groups) will drive group sales for Red Castle in Doha, proactively identifying and securing new business while nurturing existing client relationships. The role ensures smooth hand‑over to event management for flawless service delivery and meets personal and location revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with off‑property sales channels to coordinate efforts and avoid duplication.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective group clients through sales calls, entertainment events, FAM trips, and trade shows.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate proposals, draft contracts and manage customer correspondence.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and economic factors to position the location competitively.
• Provide accurate turnover information to the Event Management team to ensure seamless execution.

Required profile

• Either a 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field plus at least 3 years of sales/marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree in the same fields with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall location revenue.
