Senior Associate – Global Channels & Partnerships (Qatarization)

About the role

The Senior Associate will lead the Global Transaction Banking (GTB) service channels, overseeing e‑channels and strategic partnerships with fintechs, service providers, and network expansion partners. The role supports QNB’s GTB strategy and drives innovative, client‑centric solutions across cash management and trade services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and market e‑channels for the corporate bank.
• Identify, negotiate and manage partnerships with fintechs, service providers and network partners.
• Coordinate innovation projects with cash‑management and trade‑services product teams.
• Ensure solutions add value for customers and reinforce QNB’s position in cash‑management and trade services.
• Support revenue and profit targets in line with GTB and group objectives.
• Promote cost‑consciousness, efficiency and productivity across channel operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in transaction banking, channel management or related financial services.
• Strong understanding of fintech ecosystems and partnership models.
• Ability to work collaboratively with product teams and senior management.
