Senior Enrolment Technology & Operations Specialist

About the role

The Senior Enrolment Technology & Operations Specialist will oversee the end‑to‑end operation of enrollment and registration systems, ensuring reliable performance, data accuracy and compliance across the university’s academic processes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional liaison between enrolment operations and HBKU IT, aligning system requirements and operational priorities.
• Administer and monitor enrolment platforms such as Banner, Course Leaf, ARGOS reporting, CRM, Evaluation Kit and scheduling systems.
• Coordinate system configuration, issue resolution and upgrades with IT teams, ensuring seamless integration.
• Identify and resolve complex system performance issues, exercising independent judgment.
• Lead functional execution of system updates, testing, data validation and implementation readiness for SIS initiatives.
• Recommend technology enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain data integrity across all enrolment systems and develop standard reports and dashboards.
• Provide training, support and best‑practice guidance to staff and academic units.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 6‑8 years of experience in higher‑education academic support, with at least 2 years working with Student Information Systems.
• Proven project planning and execution skills, strong analytical ability and attention to detail.

Required skills

• SQL and database querying.
• Experience with Banner, Course Leaf, ARGOS reporting, CRM and Evaluation Kit.
• Familiarity with web‑based enrollment and scheduling systems.
• Knowledge of reporting tools and automation scripting.
• Understanding of Student Information Systems (SIS) architecture.
