Senior Estimation and Tendering Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Estimation and Tendering Manager to lead the estimation and bidding processes for large‑scale EPC projects across Oil & Gas, Energy, LNG, Petrochemical, Power and Utilities sectors. Based in Doha, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver competitive and technically sound proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead estimation and tendering activities for major EPC contracts, developing cost estimates, tender strategies and commercial evaluations.
• Review tender documents, specifications, drawings and contract requirements, including FIDIC contracts.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, planning, commercial, finance and project controls functions within bid teams.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, ensuring compliance with submission deadlines.
• Engage with clients, joint‑venture partners, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants throughout the bidding cycle.
• Identify and assess technical, commercial, contractual and execution risks.
• Manage multiple concurrent tenders in a fast‑paced environment and travel internationally as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in estimation and tendering for large EPC projects, covering upstream, midstream, downstream, LNG, petrochemical, power and utility sectors.
• Proven leadership of large‑scale bid teams and strong analytical, negotiation and decision‑making abilities.
