Senior Financial Systems Analyst

About the role

An established financial organisation is looking for a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to ensure the stability and continuous improvement of its mission‑critical enterprise applications. You will work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to support, enhance, and troubleshoot key financial systems.

Key responsibilities

• Support business‑critical financial applications and ensure their optimal performance.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex system issues.
• Participate in system upgrades, enhancement projects, and application testing.
• Gather and analyse business requirements for new functionalities.
• Collaborate with application vendors and internal teams to implement solutions.
• Produce technical documentation and user guidance.
• Monitor system performance, recommend improvements, and support integrations between enterprise applications.
• Provide after‑hours support when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience supporting enterprise business applications, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Proven experience with financial platforms or ERP solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with financial platforms or ERP solutions.
