About the role
NTU International A/S is seeking a Senior Non-Key Expert in Human Development to provide high‑quality technical assistance for the EU‑funded Egypt Downtown Facility project. The role focuses on human capital development, education, skills, employment and labour‑market policies, social policy, institutional strengthening and broader socio‑economic development in Egypt and the MENA region.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in development studies, economics, education, social policy, public policy, labour economics or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in human development, education, skills development, employment or social policy.
- Proven experience preparing sector assessments, policy analyses, strategies, background papers or recommendations.
- Experience supporting institutional capacity building and reform in public institutions.
- Strong knowledge of human capital development and socio‑economic policy issues; experience in Egypt or the MENA region is highly desirable.
