Senior Infrastructure Asset Advisor

About the role

Qureos Inc is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Asset Advisor to lead the strategic management of critical infrastructure assets in a major utilities environment. The role combines technical leadership with hands‑on implementation of asset management frameworks, lifecycle planning, and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement asset management strategies aligned with international best practice.
• Lead lifecycle planning and drive asset performance improvement initiatives.
• Conduct asset condition assessments and criticality analyses.
• Support investment planning and ensure long‑term asset sustainability.
• Define KPIs and produce regular asset performance reports.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to optimise reliability.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Professional accreditation (IAM, Chartered Engineer or equivalent preferred).
• 20+ years of asset management experience in utilities or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 55000 Asset Management principles.
• Experience in water, wastewater or public infrastructure is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in the GCC region is an advantage.
