Senior Learning & Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to lead the design, development and delivery of impactful learning initiatives that support organisational growth, leadership development and workforce capability building in Doha, Qatar. The role partners with business leaders to align learning solutions with strategic objectives and drives talent, succession and transformation programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement learning and development programmes aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct Training Needs Analyses to identify capability gaps.
• Manage the end‑to‑end learning cycle from design and delivery to evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Develop blended learning solutions including workshops, coaching, digital learning and experiential programmes.
• Facilitate leadership and professional development initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure learning solutions meet business needs.
• Manage external learning partners and evaluate programme effectiveness.
• Support leadership development, talent development, succession planning and organisational transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development or Organizational Learning.
• Strong expertise in instructional design, facilitation and learning programme management.
• Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning solutions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project management skills.
• L&D, coaching or leadership development certifications are an advantage.
