Senior Logistics Operations Manager

About the role

Talabat is looking for a senior leader to own the end‑to‑end supply ecosystem in Qatar. You will drive rider acquisition, manage third‑party logistics partners and ensure operational excellence across the delivery network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply growth strategies aligned with market demand.
• Lead long‑term forecasting, planning and coverage to meet service level targets.
• Identify and launch new rider channels such as female riders, refugees, micro‑financing and e‑bikes.
• Manage the full lifecycle of 3PL partnerships, from selection to performance monitoring and contract renewal.
• Set KPIs and SLAs for 3PL partners and monitor rider supply rate, EPH, on‑time order percentage and churn.
• Implement standardized processes, digital tools and automation to improve visibility and scalability.
• Oversee equipment management including uniforms, delivery boxes and e‑bikes.
• Coach and develop a high‑performing team of managers, seniors and specialists.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of operational experience in fast‑paced environments; food‑tech logistics experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage direct reports and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in forecasting and KPI management.
