Senior Manager Global Cash Management Products (Qatarization)

About the role

QNB Group, established in 1964 as the first Qatari-owned commercial bank and now the largest bank in the Middle East and Africa, is hiring a Senior Manager for Global Cash Management Products. The incumbent manages the Global Cash Management and Trade services products, their service and implementation, channels and portfolio management, in line with the Group's strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, market and sell cash management and trade services products, supporting revenue, profit and budget targets together with the sales team
• Analyse market and business intelligence, and initiate and develop new cash and trade products and packaged solutions
• Manage product and channel projects, prepare marketing plans, collateral and pitchbooks, and track product profitability
• Work with the sales team to build customer relationships, implement a one-point-of-contact approach and meet SLAs
• Prepare cash and trade business plans, set pricing policies, and expand product capacity out of Qatar to support overseas growth
• Assess credit risk, identify control weaknesses and mitigate operational, market and sovereign risks
• Comply with legal, regulatory and compliance requirements (AML, sanctions, data protection, fraud control) and act as a replacement for the VP Global Cash Management Products when needed

Required profile

• University degree (BA or MBA); master's degree highly preferred; major in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or IT
• At least 8 years of banking experience, preferably in a highly rated international bank
• Excellent English, with Arabic preferred; knowledge of other business languages is an advantage
• Good understanding of corporate banking customers and the cash management and trade services landscape
