Ideal Solutions is seeking a Senior Marketing Officer to shape its market positioning, recognition, and experience. This strategic role connects marketing initiatives with business growth, market intelligence, and competitive advantage, focusing on B2B and B2G segments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead strategic marketing plans aligned with business growth and market expansion.
• Strengthen corporate positioning, value proposition, and market visibility.
• Lead market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and emerging trends.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, communications, and PR.
• Support B2B and government initiatives, including proposals, tenders, presentations, and strategic account targeting.
• Enhance digital presence through website management, SEO, analytics, and data‑driven marketing.
• Build thought leadership and corporate visibility across relevant markets.
• Lead employer branding initiatives to position Ideal Solutions as an employer of choice.
• Measure marketing performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 7+ years of senior marketing experience, preferably within the IT industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English, including presentation and public speaking.
• Strong analytical, project management, and organizational abilities.
• Experience planning and managing events and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
