Senior Network Security Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Network Security Engineer to join our team in Doha. The role involves designing, implementing and supporting network and security solutions using leading technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs and load balancers using Cisco, Check Point and F5 BIG‑IP modules.
• Configure and troubleshoot security policies, access controls and protocols to protect against threats.
• Deploy and maintain Cisco ISE for identity and access management.
• Manage DNS, DHCP and IP address management services with Infoblox appliances.
• Collaborate with IT operations, software development and business units on new projects.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, diagrams and procedures.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in network engineering and security.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic & Communication, Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with F5 BIG‑IP modules (APM, GTM, LTM, AFM, AWF).
• Proficiency with Cisco firewalls and routing/switching (IOS, NX‑OS, Catalyst).
• Experience with Check Point firewalls and security management.
• Knowledge of Cisco ISE for network access control.
• Familiarity with Infoblox DNS/DHCP/IPAM appliances.
• Understanding of core network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP and HTTP.
