Senior Oracle ADF / BPM Programmer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Oracle ADF / BPM Programmer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Oracle ADF and to automate business processes with Oracle BPM Suite. You will create technical designs, build UI and business components, support testing and performance tuning, and document solutions according to client standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and produce ADF/BPM solution designs.
• Develop ADF Faces UI, task flows, ADF Business Components, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Model and monitor BPM processes, human tasks, and business rules.
• Integrate solutions with Oracle Database, SOA Suite, and external systems.
• Apply security controls such as JAAS, SSO, OIDC, role mapping, and data protection.
• Prepare deployment scripts and promote builds across environments.
• Author technical documentation including high‑level and low‑level designs, user guides, and test evidence.
• Recommend performance improvements and tuning.
• Coordinate with client teams to ensure consistent workflows.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle ADF.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Oracle BPM Suite.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle ADF, JDeveloper, BPMN 2.0, SOA Suite, REST/SOAP, SQL, and Git.
