Senior Procurement Excellence Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Procurement Excellence Officer to join a leading organization in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on leveraging data analytics to drive procurement efficiency, support digital transformation, and ensure continuous improvement across sourcing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and interpret procurement data and KPIs such as spend, savings, compliance and performance.
• Develop dashboards and management reports covering procurement efficiency, supplier performance and contract utilisation.
• Monitor excellence initiatives and support continuous improvement in strategic sourcing and procurement processes.
• Identify trends and provide data‑driven recommendations to optimise procurement performance.
• Support governance, compliance and best‑practice reporting through accurate analytics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement, procurement analytics or performance management.
• Previous experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sector is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of procurement and contract management processes, sourcing strategies and tendering.
