Senior Sitecore Engineer / Architect

About the role

KalSoft is seeking a Senior Sitecore Engineer / Architect to design, develop and modernize enterprise and government portals in Doha, Qatar. The role will focus on bilingual Arabic/English solutions, Sitecore upgrades, migrations and technical architecture using the latest Sitecore XP/XM and XM Cloud technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop Sitecore XP/XM 10.x solutions using C#.NET, Helix and SXA.
• Build headless experiences with Sitecore AI, XM Cloud, JSS, Next.js and GraphQL.
• Create bilingual Arabic/English RTL portals that meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
• Lead Sitecore upgrades and migrations from on‑premise XP to XM Cloud.
• Integrate Sitecore with e‑services, identity providers, Solr search and analytics platforms.
• Manage deployments on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) using CI/CD pipelines and Sitecore Content Serialization.
• Perform security hardening, performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical guidance, documentation and support to development and client teams.

Required profile

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years of hands‑on Sitecore development.
• Proven experience delivering multilingual Arabic/RTL enterprise or government websites.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience leading at least one architect‑level Sitecore engagement.
