Senior Technical Solutions Engineer

About the role

Qureos Inc is looking for an experienced Senior Technical Solutions Engineer to lead technical delivery for complex infrastructure projects. You will act as the primary technical liaison for strategic clients, ensuring solutions meet quality, safety, and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients and project stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and engineering support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate installation, operational and maintenance activities with internal teams and contractors.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues to minimise operational disruption.
• Monitor service delivery against agreed performance standards and KPIs.
• Prepare technical reports, project updates and engineering documentation.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality systems and HSE requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, utilities, or large‑scale engineering environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and client‑facing experience.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
