ServiceNow Architect

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, governance, and delivery of enterprise‑scale ServiceNow solutions. You will define platform architecture, set technical standards, and ensure secure, scalable implementations across multiple business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Define end‑to‑end ServiceNow architecture and solution designs aligned with best practices.
• Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps, scalable workflows, integrations, automations, and data models.
• Establish platform standards, design patterns, development frameworks, and governance processes.
• Develop and maintain the platform strategy and roadmap, ensuring consistency across all implementations.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical workshops, and stakeholder sessions.
• Design integrations with ERP, HR, identity management, monitoring, discovery, cloud, security, and third‑party systems using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and middleware.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and act as the highest technical authority on ServiceNow projects.

Required profile

• Extensive experience designing and delivering large‑scale ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to evaluate technical debt and drive continuous platform improvement.
