ServiceNow Technical Consultant – HSE

About the role

We're looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant – HSE to help design and support Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you'll work closely with business and technical teams to automate safety processes, manage incidents and risks, and improve compliance and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow HSE applications.
• Configure Incident Management, Hazard Reporting, Risk Assessments, Audits, and Corrective Actions.
• Collaborate with HSE, HR, operations, and compliance teams to gather and translate business requirements.
• Build and enhance workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow best practices.
• Develop and configure platform solutions using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Support integrations with HSE, HR, risk, and enterprise systems.
• Maintain data quality, governance standards, and platform performance.
• Assist in improving reporting, visibility, and overall user experience.
• Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates and new capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of ServiceNow implementation or support experience.
• Understanding of HSE processes, incident management, risk assessments, and compliance workflows.
• Experience configuring ServiceNow HSE, Risk, or Compliance applications.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
