Skin Care Expert – Premium Beauty Services

About the role

The Skin Care Expert will deliver professional skincare consultations and in‑store facial treatments, creating a premium beauty experience that drives customer loyalty and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth skin consultations, recommend personalized skincare and haircare regimens, and educate customers on product benefits and routines.
• Perform facial treatments and other skincare services in accordance with brand protocols, hygiene standards, and customer comfort.
• Drive product sales through consultative selling, achieve individual and store targets, and promote new launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep treatment areas and equipment pristine, and support overall store operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a skincare, beauty advisor, aesthetician or similar customer‑facing role.
• Certification in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, Cosmetology or related field preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering luxury retail experiences.
• Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and passion for beauty and wellness.
