Social Account Manager

About the role

Dallah Holding Media is looking for an experienced Social Account Manager to join its growing team. You will be responsible for shaping and executing social media strategies that elevate client brands across multiple digital platforms while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client objectives and brand identity.
• Create, schedule, and maintain engaging content calendars ensuring consistent tone and messaging.
• Lead social media campaigns from concept through execution and optimization.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and produce detailed reports with actionable insights.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction and strong relationship management.
• Collaborate with creative, design, and marketing teams to deliver high‑quality content and campaigns.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve performance.
• Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines and platform‑specific requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management, preferably within an agency or marketing‑focused environment.
• Strong background in marketing and communications.
• Demonstrated ability in campaign planning, content strategy, reporting, and client servicing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Experience with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
