Social Media Content Creator Intern

About the role

Qreative Media Agency is looking for a motivated Social Media Content Creator Intern to join its fast‑paced, growth‑oriented team in Doha. You will gain hands‑on experience producing and publishing short‑form content for a variety of client brands across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Brainstorm and develop content ideas that align with each client’s brand guidelines.
• Draft engaging captions and copy for social posts.
• Shoot, edit, and format short‑form videos and images for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Stories, etc.
• Prepare and schedule posts using the agency’s workflow tools.
• Assist with basic community management, including monitoring comments and messages.
• Track and report simple performance metrics such as reach and engagement.
• Collaborate daily with designers, account managers, and other team members.

Required profile

• Strong interest in social media, short‑form video, photography and storytelling.
• Familiarity with major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and current trends.
• Good written English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Doha, follow brand guidelines and accept feedback.
• Attention to detail, time‑management skills and a willingness to learn in a fast‑moving environment.
• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Media, Communications, Design or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
