About the role

Creative Loft is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to produce short‑form, platform‑native videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat and other digital channels. The role blends storytelling, trend research and hands‑on production to turn brand messages into engaging, shareable content.

Key responsibilities

• Generate original content ideas aligned with client objectives and brand identity.
• Research and adapt current trends, sounds, memes and cultural moments for each client.
• Write strong hooks, short scripts, captions and on‑screen text that capture attention within seconds.
• Plan, film and edit vertical short‑form videos using smartphones, cameras, microphones, lighting and stabilization tools.
• Direct participants such as models, influencers or clients during shoots and appear on‑camera when required.
• Develop recurring series and maintain awareness of platform‑specific formats and audience preferences.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of internet culture, audience behaviour and the elements that drive engagement.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into concise, entertaining short‑form narratives.
• Comfortable working with both consumer‑grade and professional production equipment.
• Creative, culturally aware and able to work quickly in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Video production (shooting and editing short‑form vertical videos).
• Scriptwriting and copywriting for social media.
• Operation of smartphones, cameras, microphones, lighting and stabilization gear.
