Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to develop, maintain, and support enterprise applications while ensuring adherence to coding standards, architecture guidelines, quality standards, and application support SLAs. Airlines industry experience is mandatory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain application code following defined coding standards, development practices, and architecture guidelines.
• Design, develop, and execute unit test plans and automated unit test cases to ensure application quality and reliability.
• Participate in technical design discussions, documentation, and design reviews.
• Follow the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) across both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Perform application support activities, including incident, problem, and change management, root‑cause analysis and issue resolution.
• Ensure adherence to defined support SLAs and timely resolution of support tickets.
• Conduct peer code reviews and enforce coding and quality standards.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, QA teams, business stakeholders, and support teams throughout the application lifecycle.
