Solid Waste Collection Supervisor

About the role

Qureos Inc is looking for a Solid Waste Collection Supervisor to lead daily waste collection activities in Doha. The role ensures that waste is collected safely, efficiently, and in compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach waste collection crews.
• Plan and coordinate daily collection routes and schedules.
• Monitor vehicle and equipment utilisation to optimise performance.
• Ensure adherence to waste management procedures and HSE regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety checks.
• Prepare and submit operational reports.
• Maintain safe working practices across all activities.
• Liaise with clients to confirm service delivery expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in solid waste collection or municipal waste management.
• Previous supervisory or team‑lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of waste collection operations and HSE requirements.
• Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Qatar Driving Licence.
