Spa Membership Coordinator

About the role

The Spa Membership Coordinator supports the Spa and Recreation team at a luxury resort, handling membership sales, renewals, and member relations. This position ensures a seamless experience for members while maintaining accurate records and administrative efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage new membership sales and process renewals.
• Maintain and update the member database with accurate information.
• Handle member inquiries, resolve issues, and provide personalized service.
• Process payments, track invoices, and coordinate with finance as needed.
• Collaborate with Spa, Fitness, and other departments to deliver integrated member experiences.
• Prepare regular reports on membership performance and trends.
• Support promotional activities and special member events.

Required profile

• Experience in hospitality, membership sales, or a related customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, luxury service environment.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
