About the role

We are seeking a Store Manager to lead our luxury fashion department in Doha. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and upholding the highest standards of brand presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a diverse range of designer collections and ensure visual standards are met.
• Manage and develop a team of fashion advisors to achieve sales targets.
• Implement strategies to meet departmental sales and operational goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee POS system operations.
• Coordinate visual merchandising initiatives to enhance the store environment.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Experience leading and developing high‑performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of luxury fashion brands, materials, and craftsmanship.
