Store Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Store Manager to lead and manage a luxury fashion department, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and upholding the highest standards of brand presentation. The role involves overseeing a diverse range of designer collections and implementing strategies to achieve both sales and operational objectives. You will be responsible for maintaining the premium image of the brand and fostering a high‑performance culture within the team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the department, including visual merchandising, inventory control, and store layout.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of fashion advisors to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Implement and monitor strategies to meet departmental sales and operational goals.
• Maintain luxury brand standards in product presentation, customer service, and overall store ambiance.
• Manage POS systems, ensure accurate transaction processing, and generate regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with senior management on budgeting, staffing, and promotional initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of designer brands, materials, and craftsmanship.
• Experience leading and developing high‑performing teams.
