Store Operations Manager

About the role

The Store Operations Manager will lead and oversee all store operations within a large‑format retail environment in Doha, ensuring sales targets, KPI performance, and an exceptional customer experience are achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily store operations to ensure smooth execution of all retail activities.
• Drive store performance to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor key metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, average basket size, and sales productivity.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and handle escalated customer concerns.
• Lead, coach, and develop store teams to achieve performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and execute promotional campaigns effectively.
• Oversee inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product availability.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, HR, Finance, Marketing, and Commercial teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor store KPIs and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Manage store operating expenses and identify cost‑optimization opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of retail experience, preferably in large‑format or multi‑category environments.
• Proven experience in store management or senior retail leadership roles.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive KPI performance.
• Experience in team leadership, coaching and performance management.
