Studio Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Studio Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our creative studio. The role involves overseeing workflow, resource allocation, and project delivery from initial briefing through to final output, ensuring efficiency and quality across multiple teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily workflow and operations of the creative studio.
• Review and filter project briefs to confirm clarity and completeness before production.
• Lead creative projects from concept and briefing to final delivery, establishing timelines, priorities and deliverables.
• Allocate internal staff, freelancers and external resources according to project needs.
• Monitor team workload, utilisation, attendance and progress, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
• Coordinate closely with Creative, Account Management, Marketing, Production, Finance and other relevant departments.
• Ensure clear, timely communication of project briefs and updates to all stakeholders.
