About the role

The Style Advisor creates a fun, personalized shopping experience for customers, helping them discover outfits that match their individual style. You will work on the shop floor, guiding clients through selections, fittings, and final purchases while maintaining an inviting store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer needs, tailor recommendations, and build lasting relationships.
• Advise clients on outfit choices and assist in fitting rooms to ensure optimal selections.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging store atmosphere.
• Drive sales through product expertise, trend spotting, and proactive customer engagement.
• Expand the client base by attracting new customers and nurturing existing relationships.
• Take accurate measurements for alterations, apply pricing according to the price list, and coordinate alteration services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion retail and customer service.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
