Tax Learning Leader

About the role

Join EY's MENA Talent Development team as the Tax Learning Leader, responsible for shaping the learning experience for tax professionals across the region. You will work closely with senior business stakeholders and the Talent Executive to align learning initiatives with EY’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the evolution and deployment of Tax Learning across the MENA region, adapting to new learning modalities and a flexible workforce.
• Develop and manage the Region Cross‑SL Learning plan and budget, ensuring alignment with EY Learning and business strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior SL business stakeholders and Talent Executive colleagues.
• Oversee the adoption of EY’s global Cross‑SL Learning curriculum while accommodating local requirements.
• Coordinate the definition, design, and development of learning solutions, including skills lists, learning solution plans, task analyses, design specifications, objectives, deployment plans and materials.
• Submit local learning solutions for go/no‑go decisions and CPE review.
• Monitor execution of the learning plan, manage budget performance and ensure process consistency across the region.
• Leverage central evaluation tools to measure learning impact and report outcomes.

Required profile

• Trusted advisor to the Talent Development Leader and senior business stakeholders.
• Proven experience leading learning strategy and transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to build cross‑functional relationships.
• Experience developing and managing regional learning budgets and plans.
• Ability to translate business priorities into effective learning solutions.
