Team Lead – Logistics Operations

About the role

The Team Lead role is a full-time hybrid position based in Doha, Qatar, with flexibility for some work‑from‑home arrangements. The Team Lead oversees daily logistics operations, coordinates shipping and supply chain activities, and ensures service delivery meets company standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations and coordinate shipping and supply‑chain activities.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop team members, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Address operational challenges to maintain service quality and client satisfaction.
• Prepare operational reports and support process‑improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and international standards in all activities.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities, with experience coaching diverse teams.
• Background in logistics, shipping, or supply‑chain operations, including coordination and scheduling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
• Solid organizational and problem‑solving capabilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable with hybrid work arrangements and effective time management.
• Knowledge of international quality standards, compliance requirements, and basic health‑safety practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Prior supervisory or team‑lead experience in a logistics or similar operational environment is an advantage.
