Technical Account Specialist

About the role

Qureos Inc is seeking an experienced Technical Account Specialist to act as the primary technical liaison for strategic client accounts and major infrastructure projects. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality service, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction, and driving operational excellence across engineering initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage technical relationships with key stakeholders and project teams.
• Coordinate engineering activities across multiple departments.
• Review technical documentation, project deliverables and engineering submissions.
• Monitor project performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support issue resolution.
• Prepare management reports, performance summaries and actionable recommendations.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and corporate standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in technical account management or engineering project delivery.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams.
