Technical Analyst (Bilingual Arabic & English)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Analyst who is fluent in Arabic and English to support our service delivery team in Doha. The role focuses on administrative coordination, stakeholder communication, and bilingual documentation for ongoing technology projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the service delivery team, including meeting scheduling and agenda preparation.
• Attend meetings, capture minutes and distribute them to relevant parties.
• Prepare and circulate project communications, status reports and updates.
• Track action items, risks and dependencies, following up with stakeholders to ensure timely closure.
• Maintain project documentation with proper version control and document management.
• Translate technical and business documents, reports and communications between Arabic and English.
• Assist in the preparation of periodic reports and project status updates.
• Perform additional coordination duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in a Technical Analyst, Project Coordinator or Project Administrator role.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
