Tender Specialist

About the role

The Tender Specialist will manage the end‑to‑end tendering process for Levante Holding, ensuring that all tender documents are prepared, coordinated and submitted accurately and on time. Working closely with project, technical, finance and commercial teams, the role supports the Management and Commercial Department in delivering competitive bids.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and organise tender documentation, providing administrative support throughout the tender lifecycle.
• Review tender invitations, specifications and deadlines, and prepare related correspondence and forms.
• Gather required technical and financial information from Project Management, Technical, Finance and Commercial teams.
• Register bids, monitor bid bonds, guarantees and ensure proper filing and confidentiality.
• Respond to client and tender queries in consultation with relevant teams.
• Compile and submit technical and financial deliverables, and prepare post‑tender clarifications and commercial responses.
• Maintain a database of tender opportunities, deadlines and outcomes, and produce regular status reports for management.
• Prepare presentations and supporting materials for tender reviews and management meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience in tendering, bid coordination or related fields.
• Strong numerical, analytical and communication abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and manage multiple tender processes simultaneously.
