Tender Specialist – Procurement & Bid Management

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Tender Specialist to lead the end‑to‑end tender administration process for our projects in Doha. The role involves preparing tender documentation, coordinating with internal teams and external contractors, and ensuring every submission meets client and company requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full tender lifecycle from invitation to final submission, maintaining a complete and compliant document set.
• Register contractor bids, monitor bid bonds and guarantees, and facilitate clarification exchanges between bidders and project teams.
• Assist in technical and commercial bid evaluations, prepare comparative analyses, and support negotiation and post‑tender clarification activities.
• Produce periodic tender status reports, dashboards, and presentations for the Commercial Department.
• Liaise with engineering, procurement, finance, and project teams to gather required information and ensure compliance with internal policies and client specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in tender administration, procurement support, contracts administration, or commercial operations.
• Experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, real estate or consulting environments.
• Professional certification in Procurement or Tender Management is an advantage.
